Customer Service Associate
Customer Experience
– Engage customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
– Assist customer with resolving issues and answering questions, insuring a positive customer experience throughout the store.
– Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash and distributes change as requested; processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
– Ensure timely stocking of store shelves, insuring accurate inventory, record keeping and pricing.
– Construct & maintain promotional, seasonal/display, including, super structures, and sale merchandise.
– Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.

Flexible scheduling including weekend and evening hours.
Starting at $13.00/hour, six month review

Pharmacy Technician
Offering a $1,250 sign-on bonus. Our pharmacy technician positions have undergone an exciting transformation, moving from a transaction-based environment to a much more patient-centric one. As a Walgreens Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice, you’ll be front and center – interacting with our customers and developing strong patient relationships.
– Assists the pharmacist in the performance of other Pharmacy Department duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
– Responsible for using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
– Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Customer Experience
– Engage customers and patients, assist with products and services, resolving customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
– Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience and Walgreens service traits, develops strong relationships with most valuable customers.
– Strictly adheres to the Walgreen Co. policy regarding Good Faith Dispensing during all applicable prescription dispensing activities.
