Historic Northeast Lofts developer Jonathan Arnold, at a Wednesday evening public engagement session at the Northeast Kansas City Chamber of commerce offices shared additional architectural renderings and statistics on his pending project at the old Hardesty Federal complex due to break ground in the Fall of 2024.
The additional renderings illustrate the various components of the project as well as the median income and rent amount for the project that promises roughly 80% of the 379 units would be affordable, targeting 30-80% of AMI, a much broader range than other “affordable” projects in the city.
Sale of the property is tentatively set for this summer with a groundbreaking scheduled for September or October of this year.
