Jamya D. Norfleet and Taylor McMillon face felony charges in connection with Tuesday night’s shooting.
The victim in Tuesday night’s shooting outside Central Academy of Excellence has been identified as An’Janique Wright, 15.
The victim in the January 11th shooting on Hardesty Avenue has been identified as Joseph Mason of Kansas City.
A subject of interest is currently with detectives in connection to the robbery/shooting on Gladstone Boulevard. No identity of subject at this time.
KCPD Officers are searching for a man who shot an 85-year old woman Wednesday evening during an attempted robbery near Cliff Drive and Gladstone Boulevard.
John Becchina with KCPD said celebratory gunfire, or gunfire in general, is extremely dangerous, can lead to sometimes fatal injuries, and has serious legal repercussions.
