KANSAS CITY – An arrest was made Wednesday afternoon on St. John Avenue in connection with an incident that occurred last week in Northeast Kansas City.

Sergent Terry Owens with Kansas City Police Department said two men, both with warrants, were taken into custody and officers recovered two handguns off one of the men.
