Local residents gathered at Ricos Tacos March 25 for Kansas City Police Department East Patrol’s community roll call. Approximately 10 area residents attended to share concerns with officers. East Patrol said it has solved eight to 10 crimes by holding meetings like these. Below: Officer Allen listens to community concerns.
