Roger Carl Neustifter died on August 21, 2023. Roger was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on July 6, 1957. He was preceded in death by his mother Margaret, father Robert, and three sisters Mary Margaret, Martha and Jennifer, and one brother, Michael.
Roger is survived by two sisters Cathy and Lynda, one brother Randy, one daughter Jennifer and three grandsons Jakob, Johannes and Valentine.
Roger was a U.S. Army veteran and worked in the telecommunications industry for his entire career. He also enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle throughout the country, including to Sturgis, South Dakota, for the annual rally. He also loved spending time with friends at Teri’s Bigger Jigger in Historic Northeast Kansas City where his black and silver 100th Anniversary Harley Dresser was a fixture on the sidewalk.

A full military public interment of Roger’s ashes will be at the Higginsville Veterans Cemetery Chapel at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 25.
