Despite this week’s storm of epic proportions, we’re still live with our brand new website. We’ll be delivering more news in a more user-friendly format.

We’ve also got a new Twitter feed and we’ll be posting more video news stories to the site as well. Our goal is to be a comprehensive news source for our readers and followers.

Our award-winning print product will still have a strong presence in the community and our web presence will be even bigger and better. Let us know what you think!

We hear the Northeast High School Alumni Association has released a new cookbook. According to Victoria Rum, it’s a precursor for the school’s 100th anniversary in 2014. Fifteen bucks buys over 200 pages of recipes and history notes about dear old Northeast.
