Jackson and Clay County residents will receive free admission to the Kansas City Zoo this Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., thanks to the establishment of the Zoological Tax District.
This Saturday marks the last of the four free days for 2012. Dates for 2013 are still being finalized.
Current zoo attractions include the new Tiger Terrance, the fast growing giraffe calf, the Polar Bear Passage and more.
To receive free admission, bring a photo ID displaying your Jackson or Clay County address.
