KANSAS CITY, MO (Oct. 21, 2024) – The Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners (KCEB)
announced details on No-Excuse Absentee Voting for the Nov. 5 General Election.
No-Excuse Absentee Voting began on Tuesday, Oct. 22 and continues through Nov. 4.
There will be six area satellite locations across Kansas City. Locations and hours are listed below. All six
locations will only be using Ballot Marking Devices, which produce a paper ballot.

All intra-state ballots will only be offered at KCEB (4407 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd) on Election Day. Pre-printed paper ballots will only be available on Election Day at a voter’s home poll location. A voter’s home poll can be found on its website, kceb.org. Polls on Election Day will be open 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
