KANSAS CITY, Missouri – Tonight, from 5 – 7 p.m. at the North-East Library, 6000 Wilson Road, there will be an open house in regards to the former Hardesty federal complex’s environmental clean-up project.
Here, community members will be able to learn about current clean-up efforts, the project’s timeline and how they can be of service in the redevelopment efforts. On hand to answer questions will be officials from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Missouri Department of Health and Human Services, the Kansas City Health Department, Terracon Engineers and the Hardesty Renaissance Economic Development Corp.
