Artists braved the winds and rain this past weekend to decorate the Concourse with art. On Saturday and Sunday, with the fountain turned off, the eighth annual Chalk Walk returned to the Concourse after a year away. Artists drew a variety of designs, from television characters and pop culture icons to animals, insects and country flags.
