Pueblo to Pueblo
Join the Kansas City Museum for its latest exhibit, Pueblo to Pueblo: The Legacy of Southwest Indian Pottery and Now & Then. The exhibit runs from now until June 25 in Corinthian Hall and is free to view. At 3 p.m., head over to the North-East Library for a Chronic Disease Management Workshop. Open to all adults and free of charge. This workshop would benefit you if you have been diagnosed with a chronic disease, are living with someone with a chronic disease, or taking care of someone with a chronic disease.

Dreaming at the KCM
The Kansas City Museum hosts an interactive after-hours event where citizens of Kansas City will be invited to dream for themselves, their neighborhoods, and their city. Attendees will mingle and mill about the first floor of the Carriage House, finding a different activity presented in each room to record their version of the American Dream and specifically, their dreams for Kansas City. The event takes place from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 7, in the Carriage House. All are free to attend. The event partners with ReDream, a KCPT-led nationwide series about opportunities, obstacles, and the American dream. Light refreshments will be provided. Join North-East Public Library for its weekly story time and craft at 10:30 a.m. Parents and kids will enjoy stories geared toward toddlers and pre-schoolers. Get ready for songs, tongue twisters and dramatic play.
Chair fitness
Join North-East Public Library at 9:30 a.m. for physical fitness. No matter what your limitations, maybe you can still reap the physical, mental and emotional benefits of exercise. This class is designed to give you a total body workout. Cardio, strength and flexibility exercises are all performed from a seated position.

Neighborhood Association meetings
The Pendleton Heights Neighborhood Association will host its next monthly meeting from 7 – 8 p.m. at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, East Independence Avenue. The Independence Plaza Neighborhood Council will also host its monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. at Woodland Elementary, 711 Woodland Ave. Both meetings take place on Tuesday, April 12.
