During this holiday season the Kansas City Museum is offering a free buffalo plaid blanket with any purchase made over the Black Friday weekend (November 25-27). The blanket makes a great gift or, in the spirit of the season, you can opt to donate the blanket to ReStart for use in assisting Kansas City’s houseless population.

If you opt for the donation route, the museum gift shop will give you a $10 discount on your Wisteria Gift Shop purchase of $50 or more. Shopping at the museum gift shop directly benefits the museum’s educational and public programs.

The Kansas City Museum is located at 3218 Gladstone Boulevard in the heart of Kansas City’s Historic Northeast community. Wisteria, the museum’s gift shop, is located on the first floor of the museum. Museum and gift shop hours are Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Fridays & Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sundays from 12 to 5 p.m.
