TAMALE PRODUCTION TEAM
(10 Positions Available)
Duties include:
All aspects of tamale preparation from mixing of raw ingredients to assembly/packaging of finished product. Experience with home tamale making is preferred.

Part time to start with full time opportunities available.
Hourly pay: $13/hr with 90 day merit increases.
Safe indoor work environment.
All positions require a KCMO Food Handler’s permit (paid by The Tamale Kitchen).

FOOD TRUCK OPERATOR /ASSISTANT
(2 Positions Available)
Beginning May of 2022, we’re launching our new Tamale Wagon and we’re looking for someone with a passion for serving up quality food products in a mobile setting.

Part Time to start, evenings/weekends a strong probability, traveling to area job sites as well as weekend events such as fairs, festivals and expositions.
Strong customer service skills.
Basic mechanical skills required for all aspects of food truck operation including but not limited to kitchen equipment operation, generator operation, and driving an larger vehicle.
Weekly pay with merit increase at 90 days.
Both positions require a KCMO Food Handler’s permit (paid for by The Tamale Kitchen). Standing and lifting required.
