My partner and I were doing a little trash pick up today in celebration of Earth Day and we were upset about the amount of trash left around by Mears, a contract company of the city’s.
It’s hard enough to get people to stop throwing trash out their windows and monitor illegal dumping, but when you have companies that leave sites like this it is unacceptable.
I hope to bring this to the attention of the community and city as I see more and more trash on the sides of roads and highways. Everyone needs to do more and companies need to hold their employees to standards; enforce those standards and serve the communities in which they operate and do business. I have [included] pictures.
Thank you for your time.
