On Saturday, December 15, Eleos Coffeehouse hosted an event where families that signed up in advance were offered an opportunity to buy up to six toys for their children, each priced at $3.00 or less. New toys were donated to the the coffeehouse by volunteers from the community and other faith based ministries. A church choir sang songs while people shared stories about their faith. Free coffee and donuts were provided, while guests waited for their turn to walk though the pop-up toy store event. After the toys were purchased, volunteers wrapped the gifts for them as well. This was the first year that Eleos Coffeehouse hosted this event.
