The third episode of the ‘Discovering KC’ series features members from the Northeast News team, who met me on a hot Saturday afternoon at Super Flea, Northeast’s own weekend flea market. For weeks I was told to visit the interesting world of Super Flea, where local shop owners and members of the community gather in an abandoned building to buy and sell a wide range of merchandise. On this adventure I was joined by Northeast News Managing Editor Paul Thompson and fellow Editorial Assistant Catalina Melgoza. We all bought our own treasures and found the experience to be a fun weekend activity.
