KANSAS CITY, Missouri – The Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline and the Kansas City, Mo. Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying those responsible for the Oct. 17, 2014, homicide of six-year-old Angel Hooper, who was shot and killed outside a 7-11 convenience store at 10615 Blue Ridge.
In a press release, Det. Kevin Boehm, Crime Stoppers Coordinator, said an additional reward contribution of $10,000.00 has been added by 7-Eleven Stores, bringing the total reward up to a possible $12,000.00 for anonymous information leading to an arrest in the case. 7-Eleven has a nationwide relationship with Crime Stoppers programs and has been active in previous cases in the Kansas City area.
