KANSAS CITY, Missouri – The 53rd edition of the Tour of Kansas City bike race came to the Historic Northeast on Saturday, June 4, as the Cliff Drive circuit races continued throughout the afternoon. Races started right outside of the Kansas City Museum at the top of Gooseneck Hill, looped through The Concourse and then back through the Cliff Drive Scenic Byway. Scores of cyclists and attendees lined the hillside along Gladstone Boulevard to watch the action unfold.
The Tour of Kansas City continues on Sunday, June 5, in the KC Crossroads art district. The Criterium begins at 8:00 a.m., followed by a concert at the Grinder’s music venue. There will also be a block party throughout the afternoon.
