KANSAS CITY, Missouri – From July 5-9 all KCMO residents will be allowed to set out up to 15 bags on trash day as part of the city’s post-holiday trash amnesty week. Hazardous waste, bulky items, and leaf and brush bundles will not be collected.

Furthermore, all regular trash pickup days will be pushed back a day throughout the week. Kansas City, Missouri city offices, including the 311 Call Center, will be closed on Monday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.
