The Scarritt Renaissance Neighborhood Association is taking the game to the streets – literally. Faced with their premier housing stock being stripped bare by scrappers and thieves, neighborhood leaders hosted an unofficial homes tour Feb. 25, escorting prospective homeowners through two bank-owned properties along Gladstone Boulevard. The neighborhood, working with area banks who own some of the properties, plans to host another public tour later in March. Michael Bushnell
