Police were dispatched to Truman Road and The Paseo Boulevard Wednesday, Dec. 7, around 3 AM on a shooting call.

Upon arrival they found an unresponsive adult male victim outside of the convenience store who had been shot. Officers began CPR until EMS responded. They pronounced the victim deceased.

Early this morning, detectives and crime scene personnel responded to the scene and were canvassing for witnesses and processing the scene for evidence.

Police do not have any suspect information at this time and are asking for the public’s help.

The victim was identified as 27-year-old Joshua R. Williams on Wednesday afternoon.
