Huge shout out to the Pendleton Heights Neighborhood Association on a stellar, holiday Homes Tour this past Saturday. Over 500 tickets were pre-sold on Saturday morning and by the end of the day, over 850 tickets had been sold making this the best attended historic homes tour in over a decade of homes tours in Historic Northeast. We’re thinking the 2007 Scarritt Renaissance homes tour was the last to garner over 800 attendees.

Tour proceeds go directly to the neighborhood association for use in projects and activities that make PH a better place to live. Congratulations!
