Kansas City, MO Police Chief Stacey Graves sat down with a small group of Historic Northeast community leaders to discuss crime trends and how the police department can better respond to crime issues that directly impact neighborhood residents. The discussion sponsored by the Mattie Rhodes Center and NEAT was designed to connect residents with police resources and foster a stronger community partnership between the police department and the community.
