At approximately 3 p.m. Wednesday afternoon officers with Kansas City Missouri Police Department we’re in the 400 block of Hardesty Avenue investigating a subject who was wanted on narcotics and Firearms violations.

The subject refused officers entry to the house and an operation 100 was called for the safety of the officers and the safety of the surrounding community.

At approximately 3 p.m. Wednesday afternoon officers with Kansas City Missouri Police Department we’re attempting in the 400 block of Hardesty Avenue investigating a subject who was wanted on narcotics and Firearms violations.

The subject refused officers entry to the house and an operation 100 was called for the safety of the officers and the safety of the surrounding community.

At approximately 4:45 this afternoon the subject exited the house and surrendered and taken in to custody.

No injuries were reported the scene is still secure and the investigation is ongoing.
