The Interscholastic League male athlete of the month of December is Northeast High School’s Daylen Robinson.

A senior basketball player, Robinson averaged 30.3 points per game and shot 52 percent from the field during December. He led his team to a 5-4 record. The Vikings also went 2-1 during the William Jewell Tournament, where Robinson was named most valuable player.

The female player of the month was Lincoln College Prep High School’s Brittany Atkins, a sophomore forward who averaged

15.9 points per game
and 5.1 rebounds per game in December.
