Hundreds of children dressed as ghosts, goblins and superheroes were treated to four blocks of vehicle free trick-or-treating on Halloween in the Scarritt Renaissance Neighborhood. Along with free candy, the SCARE-IT Halloween included the Fairy Princess Costume Contest at the Kansas City Museum, a miniature haunted house, roving zombies from the KC Zombie Walk for Hunger and a fire dancer.
