Larry Dale Lamb, 62, died March 5, 2011, at St. Joseph Hospital.

Arrangements are by Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd. Kansas City, Mo. Interment will be at Bonner Springs Cemetery, Bonner Springs Kan.

Larry was born May 19,1948, in Kansas City, Kan., moving to Kansas City, Mo., as a young boy, living in Northeast and Midtown through the years.

Larry worked as a warehouseman in Kansas City for many years. He was also manager of the Community House for Alcohol Anonymous in Northeast. Through the years, Larry was involved with a number of area church families.

Larry was preceded in death by his life partner, Michael Horton; his parents, Mabel and George Lamb; one sister, Georgetta Lamb; three brothers, James, George and Robert Lamb; and a nephew, Allen White.

He is survived by his sister Nora Randall of Independence, Mo.; nephews Dale White and William Brimer of Independence; nieces Bernice Burton of Independence, Christina Elkins of Lansing, Kan. and Maurine White of Kansas City, Mo.; and many great and great-great nieces, nephews and friends.
