KCPS launches hotline to address transportation questions

To streamline the process of the new bell times and transportation system, the Kansas City Public Schools (KCPS) has created a Back-to-School Transportation Hotline.

Parents will be able to receive the most recent information about transportation by calling the hotline, (816) 418-8825.

Hotline hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and bilingual customer representatives will be available. Hotline representatives will answer questions and address transportation concerns.
