Roughly 60 player gathered in Budd Park this morning to play in the 38th Annual Ice Bowl, a fund raiser for the Bishop Sullivan Center sponsored by the Kansas City Disc Golf Association.
Tournament Director Jack Lowe estimates the tournament would raise funds for Bishop Sullivan, a Northeast based service organization that assists people with jobs, food and utility assistance.
The tournament was played on the 9-hole par 3 course, specifically designed for Budd Park.
