We caught up with Leonardo Biscari for a quick minute when he was between parking lots on Monday. Biscari is a happy guy this week despite the bone chilling cold. The lifelong Historic Northeast resident, and Kansas City Firefighter pushes snow as a side gig and this week is shaping up to be a pretty good week.
Biscari calls the Pendleton Heights neighborhood home, a stone’s throw away from Garfield Elementary School. “I really love the community aspect of Northeast.” Biscari’s parents emigrated from Italy in 1957 and settled in Northeast. “They’ve been here ever since.”
