Elixir, the Kansas City Museum’s soda fountain in Corinthian Hall, officially opens to the public on Thursday, February 8. The Museum is partnering with local restaurants and coffee shops—including The Spot Coffee Bakery & Café, The French Market & Café, Marcell Coffee, and Fairway Creamery—to offer a menu of grab-and-go/ pre-packaged food items such as sandwiches, salads, charcuterie plates, baked goods, chips, and more.

House sodas, bottle juices, ice cream scoops (try the Corinthian Crunch, a Museum exclusive flavor by Fairway Creamery), sundaes, phosphates, coffee and espresso drinks, tea, wine, beer, and select cocktails will also be offered.  The menu will grow over time as we build capacity and visitors provide feedback.

Elixir will be open to the public on Thursdays from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Sundays from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.  Hours will increase over time.
