Kansas City, Mo., Police Department (KCPD) officers are on the scene of a death investigation at the Olivia Apartments in the 500 block of Gladstone Thursday morning.

Witnesses discovered an unresponsive person outside next to a stone retaining wall. KCPD was notified and dispatched officers At a little after 7am. EMS responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased. At this time the death does not seem to be suspicious.

KCPD Detectives investigators remain on the scene continuing their investigation.
