Thursday, March 23 – Pet Resource will be offering low cost vaccinations for dogs and cats through their Mobile Pet service from 10 am to 2 pm at the Northeast Community Center, 544 Wabash Ave. Appointments required. Fridays – St. Anthony’s Catholic Church is offering a Lenten fish plate every Friday through March at the St. Joseph’s Hall, 3208 Lexington Ave. from 5 to 7 p.m. Proceeds will go to this year’s confirmation class. Fridays – Holy Cross Catholic Church, Lenten Fish Fry, 5106 St. John Ave., hosted by Knights of Columbus Chapter 15287 from 5 – 7 p.m. Fish filet dinner, with fries and slaw, $12. Whole fried Tilapia with fries and slaw, $14. Drinks and dessert extra. 

Monday, March 27- Community Input Session for the proposed Historic Northeast Lofts development at Independence and Hardesty Avenues. Representatives will share the concept and answer questions from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at the North-East Library, 6000 Wilson Rd.
