Thursday, Dec. 26- Senior Property Tax Application Assistance, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Ivanhoe Neighborhood Center, 3700 Woodland Ave. For Jackson County residents 65 and older. Please bring proof of age and residency to freeze tax rates at 2024 assessments.

Monday, Dec. 30- American Red Cross Blood Drive, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center, Propeller Building, 2100 E. Ninth St. Come give the gift of life. All donors will receive a free health screening prior to blood donation.
