Wednesday, February 14- Chiefs Kingdom Champions Parade begins at 11 am. Parade route starts at 6th St. and Grand Blvd, moving south to Union Station. Rally at Union Station begins at 12:45. Union Station will be closed from 11:59 pm February 13 to 4:00 pm February 14. Many streets will be closed to traffic beginning at 8:00 am and public transportation may be rerouted during parade hours. For more information go to Chiefsparade.com or kcmo.gov

Wednesday, February 14- Happy St. Valentine’s Day from the Northeast News!

Thursday, February 15- Family Story Time, 6 pm at the North-East Branch Library, 6000 Wilson Rd. For children up to age 8 and their parents, come hear a story and do an art activity. Free.

Friday, February 16- Teen Tabletop Games, from 3 to 4 pm at the North-East Branch Library, 6000 Wilson Rd. Stop by after school and play your favorite card and board games while enjoying some snacks, for ages 13 to 18. Free.

Saturday, February 17- Teen Donut Drop-in, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the North-East Branch Library, 6000 Wilson Rd. Donuts and conversation for ages 13 to 18. Free.
