Bunny is taking a much needed hiatus this week, but will return next week with more biting commentary. Until then, we’re still waiting for this eyesore to be torn down near Sixth and Spruce. Tear down of over 100 homes was promised at a press launch of InvestNEKC over one year ago, as noted in last week’s biting Buzz column. That promise has remained largely unfulfilled. City government talks an awful lot about quality of life issues in urban neighborhoods, but it’s just that. Talk. We’re still waiting.
