Fire crews were called to the 3200 block of Independence Avenue this morning yet again for a fire in an abandoned building just east of the 7-11 store. One fire was discovered in the basement and another in a debris pile in the back yard. According to the chief on the scene, this is the fourth or fifth time the structure has burned in the last six months.
