Trick-or-Treat. Youngsters from Northeast visit the North-East Public Library Oct. 26 for trick-or-treating. Costumes ranged from Spiderman to a puppy to princesses to Little Red Riding Hood and more. Youngsters also participated in Dino O’Dell’s “Not-So-Scary Halloween Show.” O’Dell whipped out his guitar to sing and tell stories of space aliens, swimming in peanut butter and kangaroos dunking basketballs.
