KCPD looking for information after Sunday morning shooting

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – One person is dead following a shooting early Sunday morning.

According to Sergeant Kari Thompson, KCPD Media Unit, officers were dispatched to the intersection of Truman and Woodland Avenues around 1:15 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 24. The victim, Darrell Fennell, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene by Kansas City Fire Department personnel.
