KANSAS CITY, Missouri — The Kansas City Police Department is asking for your help locating a missing man.

Troy V. Duckworth, 69, was last seen at around 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 19, walking in the area of Topping Avenue and 23rd Street.. Duckworth suffers from dementia and other medical issues. He was last seen wearing black jeans, black loafers, a navy jacket, glasses and carrying a purple and white Harrah’s Casino umbrella.

If you see him, contact 9-1-1 or the KCPD’s missing person’s department at 816-234-5136.
