A Kansas City Police Department officer has been charged with two counts of acceding to corruption by a public servant.

Jeffrey Holmes, 47, turned himself in to police headquarters June 2 and has been suspended from KCPD as a result of the charges.

According to court documents, Holmes accepted sexual intercourse in March and April of 2012 from two females in exchange for not arresting them.
