KANSAS CITY, Missouri – Northeast residents will get a chance to hear more about the planned Kansas City Girls Preparatory Academy (KCGPA) this evening at an informational meeting to be held from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Northeast Community Center (544 Wabash).
KCGPA aims to offer girls in grades 6-12 the opportunity to learn in an environment that has a singular focus: preparation for college enrollment and graduation. Set to open initially to 6th-grade girls in August of 2019, KCGPA hopes to instill students with leadership and responsibility, while encourage young women to be high achievers in all walks of life.
