Kenneth N. Winn, 99, was in born in Breasher, MO. He moved to St. Joseph and was married to Katherine Moore from 1969 until her death in 1982. He lived in the Historic Northeast for 30 years, before moving to downtown Kansas City. In his later years, his favorite activities were going out to eat and watching movies. He is survived by his adopted “son” and caregiver, Arturo Ortega, who loved and will miss him very much.
