Enrollment for Della Lamb’s Adult English as a Second Language (ESL) program is fast approaching.

Those wanting to participate in the January ESL session must enroll between Dec. 2 and Dec. 11 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Evening and morning classes will be available in two-month blocks from 8:30 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday beginning in January. Classes are free of charge.

“We’ve been doing it for many years,” said Alies Dalton of Della Lamb. “We know there’s a lot of students here in the area that need to learn English.”

During the classes, students will learn how to read, write and speak in English.
