Artists from across the metro submitted pieces for Northeast Arts KC’s Cultures Without Borders Art Exhibit this year, which will be on display for six weeks.

To kick off the exhibit, a gala reception will be held at the American Heartland Theatre, Crown Center, 2450 Grand Ave., Kansas City, Mo., from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, March 4. The reception will include a meet and greet with artists, live music, refreshments and a cash bar. Awards will be presented at 8 p.m.

Artwork will be displayed in the American Heartland Theatre lobby from March 4 through April 15. There’s no charge to view the exhibit.
