Cecil Marion Penn Jr., 76, of Kansas City, Mo., died Feb. 3, 2011. Visitation was 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., with a funeral service at 1 p.m. Burial followed in Elm Spring Cemetery near Kingsville, Mo.

Cecil was born on Nov. 5, 1934 in Kingsville, Mo., son of Cecil Marion Penn Sr. (deceased) and Lola Mae (Curtis) Penn. Cecil is also survived by his sons, Bill, Gene, and Stacy Penn; daughter, Diana Berry; grandchildren, Laurie Roberds, Andy Penn, Bobby Penn, Jakob and Brenden Berry; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Leigha, Katilynn and Kieley Roberds, Cameron Penn, and Callie; great-great-grandson, Nathan Reece; and sister, Arlene Schleif.
