Hard Hat Tour
Take a hard hat tour of Corinthian Hall, the more than 100-year-old home of lumber baron Robert A. Long and his family. Tours are free and will be held at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Kansas City Museum, 3218 Gladstone Blvd., Kansas City, Mo.

Going Natural
Going Natural is an event aimed at exploring nature in our urban neighborhoods. Topics will include building a birdhouse, plinking a pellet rifle, gardening with natives, cooking on a campfire, among others. Check it out from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center, 47th and Troost, Kansas City, Mo. Cost is free.
In the Pink of the Evening
Northeast Arts KC will host its free summer concert series, In the Pink of the Evening, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Colonnade in Concourse Park, St. John Avenue and Benton Boulevard. The concert series will be held the third Saturday of every month through August. This month’s band is Phantoms of the Opry.
Land Trust Information Session
A Land Trust Information Session will be held for Northeast residents from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Kansas City Museum, 3218 Gladstone Blvd., Kansas City, Mo. Meet with Land Trust officials, find out the process for purchasing Land Trust properties and learn where Land Trust properties are located in Northeast.
Family Field Day
Celebrate Father’s Day weekend by participating in Family Field Day from 11 a.m. to noon on the southeast lawn of the Liberty Memorial, 100 W. 26 St., Kansas City, Mo. From leap frog to three-legged races, kids and adults will play some of the same games doughboys competed in during the Inter-Allied Games Field Day of 1919. The event is free to the public.

Sheffield Cemetery Chapel Fundraiser
