Kansas City Airport Committee Meeting
The KC Airport Committee will meet Thursday, December 6th at 10:30 a.m. on the 10th Floor, Committee Room, at City Hall (414 E 12th St) to discuss updates on the new KCI Airport Terminal.

Friday, December 7

Kansas City Museum Fairy Princess 2018
Come visit the fabulous Fairy Princess at the museum at 800 Broadway in Downtown Kansas City while Corinthian Hall is under construction. This event will be held Friday December 7th from 3pm to 7pm, and will also be held December 8 & 9, and December 14, 15 &16. Tickets are $10 per child and includes a small gift, sweet treat, and one printed photo. Tickets can be purchased at kansascitymuseum.org.

Holiday Pop-up at The Egg
You’re invited to the “Second Artisan Holiday POP-UP!” at THE EGG POP-UP Business Incubator & Gallery located at 2659 Independence Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri 64124! Join the Northeast Kansas City Chamber of Commerce for this two-weekend holiday showcase of wearables, wallables, pottery, painting, jewelry, home decor, and other original creations from local artists!

Santa’s Wonderland at Penguin Park
Experience the wonder of the season at Kansas City’s holiday tradition, Santa’s Wonderland at Penguin Park (N Vivion Rd and N Norton Ave) from 5:30 to 8pm. Gather friends and family and spend an evening celebrating the holidays with festive entertainment by the Starlight STARS of Tomorrow, light displays and, of course, a visit from Santa and his friends. Free and open to the public. Bring your camera/phone to take a picture with Santa.

KC Streetcar Holiday Jam
Live music on the KC Streetcar in partnership with 90.9 The Bridge. Saturday, December 8th from 4:00-6:00pm: American Slim on board the Streetcar (Original and Covers: Alternative Rock) performs as part of Visit KC’s Downtown Dazzle. Visit Union Station and Crown Center to see the Christmas decor and take a festive ride on the free streetcar. Find more info at downtowndazzle.com.

Kansas City Holiday Express Train at Union Station
One of Kansas City’s favorite holiday traditions, the Kansas City Southern Holiday Express Train brings Santa and his elves to Union Station. Guests can visit with Santa and tour the train for free. This magical holiday train will roll in for a four-day visit from Dec. 14-18. Led by Kansas City Southern, Southern Belle business train, the Holiday Express train includes a smiling tank car Rudy; a flatcar carrying Santa’s sleigh, reindeer and a miniature village; a gingerbread boxcar; the elves’ workshop; the reindeer stable; and a little red caboose.
