KANSAS CITY, Missouri — With the first day of school just around the corner, the Mattie Rhodes Center hosted a back to school rally at their Northeast location.
A bounce house, a clown, hair-cutting stations, and vendors from the La Chalupa farmers market filled the parking lot at 148 N. Topping, on Thursday, Aug. 7. Dozens of families attended the event, where children received free school supplies that were donated to Mattie Rhodes’s Back to School Drive.
